Hi, I'm El — the baker, dreamer, and sugar-dusted human behind Wonderland Bakes. What started as a love of baking in my home kitchen has grown into something I'm truly proud of: a small, handmade bakery crafting gourmet baked goods that taste as good as they look.

How It All Began

Baking has always been my happy place. There's something magical about turning simple ingredients into something that brings people joy — whether it's a box of cookies gifted to a friend, a tray of brownies to celebrate a milestone, or a little treat just because. Over time, friends and family kept asking for more, and Wonderland Bakes was born.

Every single bake is made by hand, from scratch, with love and a whole lot of attention to detail. We don't do mass production here — just small batches of gourmet goodness, crafted to order. From our indulgent stuffed cookies and fudgy brownies to our delicate cakelets and traybakes, every product is made with quality ingredients and a genuine passion for baking.
